Vendors can pre-register for indoor booths. Pre-registration is required for indoor spaces – space is limited. Vendors can rent tailgating/swap meet parking lot spaces upon admission on Friday or Saturday, June 1st or 2nd, if outdoor spaces are desired. Limited free RV dry camping can be reserved for Thursday or Friday night. Attendees can see which vendors have registered to attend and what prizes they have donated.
Indoor vendors/ clubs will be permitted to set up on Thursday afternoon, May 30. Details will be provided once we get closer to the hamfest dates. While the building will be locked on Thursday and Friday evenings, anything left overnight will be done at your own risk. The hamfest and committee is not responsible for any loss that you might incur due to theft or damage.
Vendors wishing to sell their wares outside can rent parking lot spaces in the tail gating area on the day of the hamfest.
